Job Title: Operations Specialist (Level III)

Location: Plano, TX (TX2-981-02-29). Onsite parking available.

Duration: Contract - 12 months

Pay Range: $22.28/hr(W2)

Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite required

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. CST to 6:00 p.m. CST

Interview Process: 1st round via video with hiring manager and lead. 2nd round via video with hiring manager and skip-level manager.

Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Payment Control Operations Team within the Syndicated and Corporate Lending Group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in operations analysis, reporting, and exception processing and a proven ability to administer procedures, resolve complex issues, and support product and process implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and administer defined procedures and routine analytics.
  • Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards.
  • Perform exception processing and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate implementation of products, services, and operational solutions.
  • Assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring new products and services.
  • Provide guidance to associates on procedural, technical, and operational changes.
  • Manage large volumes of work with accuracy and organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and recommend business improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with timely resolution of complex issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in payment control or lending operations.
  • Background in process documentation and operational change management.
