SUMMARY:
The Operations Specialist serves as the operational hub connecting carriers, the RSP/RPRO processing team, IT, and front-line staff across the six-office MSO region. The Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining carrier appointments and system access, coordinating onboarding and credentialing,
administering Epic and related systems, managing helpdesk and IT escalations, and producing the reporting and communications that keep regional operations running efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage onboarding and new hire support including set up and configurations.
• Carrier Relations and appointment management.
• Help prepare and process appointment paperwork and related administrative documentation to support operational workflows.
• IT and systems administration support. Will support existing staff with ongoing computer hardware and software issues.
• Will be the liaison between the helpdesk and service management office.
• Will be responsible for working with RSP/RPRO team on workflow standards.
• Monitor and manage the download/eDocs process for client, policy, and carrier documents across the offices. Troubleshoot delayed or misrouted downloads.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in operations, agency experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, must be comfortable with Excel
• Must be organized, enjoy problem solving, and possess excellent customer service skills and high level of integrity and dependability
• Ability or adaptability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Required Education: High school or equivalent
