Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Operations team through flexible, high-impact assignments across multiple client accounts. This role provides on-demand support to Account Managers (AMs), Operations Managers (OMs), and Operational Leadership, ensuring continuity of service, execution of key initiatives, and rapid response to operational needs. This position is ideal for a highly adaptable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly step into varying responsibilities to support service delivery and client satisfaction. Operational Support & Execution - Provide day-to-day support to AM and OM teams across assigned accounts based on business needs and priorities.
- Step into active portfolios during periods of high volume, staffing gaps, or critical events (e.g., storms, peak seasons, escalations).
- Assist in managing work orders, service validation, and ensuring timely completion of scope.
Special Assignments - Execute targeted projects and initiatives such as:
- Backlog and escalation reduction efforts
- Pre-season and post-season readiness activities
- Quality assurance reviews and compliance checks
- Data cleanup, reporting, and system audits
- Support onboarding new clients, sites, or service providers.
- Assist in implementation of new processes, tools, or operational improvements.
Client & Service Partner Support - Communicate with service partners to ensure clarity of scope, timing, and expectations.
- Assist in responding to client requests, escalations, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Help ensure service delivery aligns with contractual obligations and client expectations.
Quality & Performance Monitoring - Review service documentation (photos, timestamps, logs) to validate completion and quality.
- Identify trends, gaps, or risks and escalate to leadership as needed.
- Support teams in maintaining high standards of service delivery and responsiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Operations, Procurement, Field Teams, and Support Services to drive execution.
- Provide coverage across regions or client portfolios as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-first environment focused on client success.
