Operations Specialist: Reports To: Assistant Store Leader Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Overview: The Operations Specialist supports store performance through strong execution of inventory, compliance, and operational processes. The Operations Specialist ensures product availability, pricing accuracy, and an organized, efficient backroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Merchandising Execution:
  • The Operations Specialist maintains pricing, signage, and presentation standards
  • Performs cycle counts, audits, and inventory checks
  • Resolves discrepancies and out-of-stock issues

Receiving & Inventory Control:
  • The Operations Specialist receives inventory, firearm transfers, and e-commerce orders
  • Maintains organized, audit-ready receiving areas
  • Ensures accurate system updates and reporting

Compliance & Regulatory Support:
  • The Operations Specialist supports ATF, OSHA, and company compliance
  • Assists with 4473 reviews, bound book accuracy, and audit readiness

Customer Order & Service Support:
  • The Operations Specialist supports ATF, OSHA, and company compliance
  • Assists with 4473 reviews, bound book accuracy, and audit readiness

Operational Support:
  • The Operations Specialist maintains supplies and supports store operations
  • Assists leadership with safety, audits, and execution

Qualifications:

High School Diploma 2 +years retail/operations experience Strong attention to detail POS/inventory systems Flexible schedule
