Operations Specialist

Natural Retreats is looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Whitefish, MT! Operations Specialists ensure all guests and owners receive amazing customer service in all aspects of their stay from arrival to departure. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ensure all properties are prepped and staged according to brand standardsPerform complete inspections following guest departures to ensure no damage to property has occurred and work with Guest Experience team and the General Manager (GM) / Property Manager (PM) to rectify any issues encounteredCommunicate with guests both on the phone and electronicallyPerform weekly home inspections Resolve guest complaints, concerns, etc. to improve the guest experience and escalate any necessary concernsWork with GM and PMs to oversee owner and guest services and fulfill requestsManage the upkeep, maintenance, and inventory of the property Work with GM and PMs to ensure all owner charges are entered timely and are accurately posted to monthly owner statementsApprove, code and submit expenses as assignedAssist with all aspects of maintenance including but not limited to:Reset Wi-Fi routers and modemsReset and program cable and satellite TV receiversPerform light plumbing repairsDiagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustmentsParticipate in snow and ice removal around properties and office as neededFill propane tanksHaul TrashWork OrdersFacilitate work orders as assignedCreate work orders for maintenance team and/or vendorsPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the Team Member for this job.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:REQUIREDValid driver's license, reliable AWD transportation and good MVR - (mileage is reimbursed)Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screeningMust have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and additional ability to learn and excel at new software programs. Working knowledge of audio/visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repairKeen attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to lift 25 lbs.Strong organizational skills to effectively record and catalogue documents on work performedAbility to work alone and part of a teamMust be proactive and flexible in approach to job duties and problem-solvingMust exhibit outstanding customer service and demonstrate enthusiasm for Natural Retreats and all associated brandsDESIREDPrevious experience in a similar roleExperience in the hospitality industry Basic troubleshooting knowledge of internet routers
