MaidPro is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Operations & Staffing Coordinator to join our office team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations, employee staffing, customer service, scheduling coordination, and office administration in a fast-paced environment.


We are seeking someone who is professional, detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and comfortable handling both employee and client communication with confidence and professionalism.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Assist with daily office operations and scheduling coordination
  • Support staffing needs including interviewing, onboarding, and employee communication
  • Handle customer service issues and client follow-up professionally
  • Coordinate service schedule adjustments and communicate updates to staff and clients
  • Maintain employee and client records accurately
  • Assist with inventory tracking and ordering office/cleaning supplies
  • Support recruiting efforts and hiring processes
  • Monitor office communication including phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Help maintain organized operational systems and documentation
  • Provide support to field staff and office management as needed
  • Support a positive team culture by building strong employee relationships and helping promote employee engagement and retention
  • Assist with planning employee appreciation activities, holiday events, team celebrations, and other morale-building initiatives

  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Computer proficiency including email, scheduling systems, and basic office software
  • Previous office, operations, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
