What You’ll Do:



As our Operations Superstar, you’ll be the right hand of the executive team and the engine behind our daily success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Train and mentor team members across all locations to ensure consistency, quality, and excellent service

  • Lead customer service excellence—support front-line teams in creating memorable customer experiences

  • Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring operational consistency and accountability across all stores

  • Monitor and maintain key performance metrics, including production efficiency, turnaround time, quality control, and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate logistics for pickup/delivery routes, inventory, and equipment across multiple locations

  • Identify and solve operational issues quickly and effectively, always looking for process improvements

  • Work directly with the leadership team on strategy, growth initiatives, and special projects



What We’re Looking For:



  • Proven experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses (multi-unit management a strong plus)

  • A natural leader with excellent people skills and a track record of developing strong teams

  • Detail-oriented and metrics-driven, with a sharp eye for both customer experience and operational efficiency

  • Able to thrive in a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using technology and reporting tools to track performance and manage systems
