Job Description/Responsibilities:

Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you'll lead daily operations and help ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to develop and coach teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and make a direct impact on operational performance. You'll collaborate across departments to support production goals while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.

 

What You'll Do

  • Supervise daily bottling and/or processing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals.
  • Lead and develop frontline team members through coaching, performance feedback, training, and ongoing skill development.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall plant performance.
  • Coordinate resources, inventory, and equipment readiness to support reliable and efficient operations.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant operations, manufacturing, or production leadership experience.

Preferred

  • Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement, operational excellence, or cost-reduction initiatives.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The annual salary range for this role is $75,137 - $112,706. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
