Role Description The Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Rancho Cordova, CA, responsible for overseeing daily transportation and logistics operations. This role coordinates dispatch activities, monitors shipment status, and ensures that loads are scheduled, routed, and completed efficiently and safely. The Operations Supervisor supports and guides operations staff, enforces company policies and procedures, and collaborates with carriers and internal teams to resolve service issues. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, analyzing workflow, implementing process improvements, and maintaining clear communication with customers and stakeholders. The role requires consistent on-site presence to manage team activities, support operational decisions, and foster a collaborative work environment.\n
