You will be managing, motivating and driving the performance of your team to ensure that KPI's are met to a high standard. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the output of the team's performance and will manage a team of 15 Researchers. The successful candidate should also be able to work autonomously, demonstrate a positive, 'can do' and solutions focused attitude and must be able to demonstrate numeracy and analytical skills.\n \nThis is a hybrid role requiring three onsite days per week and is based in Tulsa OK. \n \nResponsibilities\n\n Root cause analysis of SLA deviations, action plan development and resolution\n Identify process improvement areas and take initiatives to improve operational metrics like productivity, quality, TAT, etc.\n Review daily production reports with researchers to accurately assess that production goals\n Evaluate Employee performance and execute appropriate personnel actions.\n Have regular 1:1s with the researchers \n Enforce all of HireRight's policies and procedures as well as Client requirements.\n Handle escalated issues and requests from internal and external Clients and employees; provide feedback and guidance to the staff \n Create and manage KPIs\n Provide clear, concise, measurable objectives to the researchers and review on a regular basis\n Communicate expectations clearly and provide consistent feedback.\n Be open to cross training in other functions outside of immediate scope of responsibility\n May assist in ad hoc projects as and when required\n \nQualifications\n\n Bachelor's degree/Graduate in any stream preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required\n 4-5 years of experience managing others in a time sensitive environment\n Previous BGV operations experience preferred\n Demonstrated leadership ability in the areas of decision making, critical thinking and employee relations.\n Proven conflict management and communication skills.\n Prior Verifications background screening experience a plus\n \nWhat do we offer\n \nIn exchange for your expertise, HireRight offers an excellent employee benefit package which includes:\n\n Medical\u2022 Dental\u2022 Vision\u2022 Paid Life/AD&D Insurance\u2022 Voluntary Life Insurance\u2022 Short- & Long-Term Disability\u2022 Flexible Spending Accounts\u2022 401K\u2022 Generous Vacation and Sick Program\u2022 10 Paid Holidays\u2022 Education Assistance Program\u2022 Business Casual Attire\u2022 Generous Referral Program\u2022 Employee Discounts and Rewards\u2022 And much more!\n All resumes are held in confidence.
