Operations Supervisor

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial operations, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to join their team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Location: Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $28

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily operations including equipment setup, fabrication, painting, repairs, and machine adjustments
• Manage the receiving, inspection, and tracking of incoming materials
• Maintain product evaluations, ensure weigh scaling, and conduct laboratory sampling
• Support operational and compliance requirements through accurate record-keeping and data entry
• Perform equipment maintenance and ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to equipment handling and fabrication
