Location: Juneau, AK

Salary: $80k-$85k annually

Bonus: 10% annual cash bonus

About the Role


As an Operations Supervisor , you’ll be a key leader in our field operations, overseeing daily waste collection activities and ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to advancement—ideal for someone eager to grow into senior leadership within 1–3 years.


What You’ll Do:


As an Operations Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in running safe, efficient daily operations:


+ Lead and supervise drivers and crews in solid waste collection operations

+ Oversee daily routing, staffing, and productivity; adjust in real time as needed

+ Champion safety by setting goals, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance

+ Perform field inspections to verify work quality and safety standards

+ Handle customer concerns and drive resolution with urgency and professionalism

+ Coach, develop, and manage employee performance

+ Support strategic planning through short- and long-term operational goals

+ Ensure compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory requirements


What You Bring


+ Willingness to relocate for career advancement

+ Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred)

+ Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or related operations

+ CDL Class B (or ability to obtain within 90 days)

+ Strong communication and leadership skills

+ Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency in Excel and business systems
