PRIMETONE is seeking a reliable and experienced Operations Supervisor to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties.


This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead teams, manage field operations, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.


Responsibilities:


  •  Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites 
  •  Create and manage detailed job scopes (cleaning, porter, renovations) 
  •  Supervise field staff and maintain quality control 
  •  Enforce safety protocols and job site compliance 
  •  Coordinate schedules, materials, and project timelines 
  •  Conduct site visits and inspections 
  •  Communicate with clients and internal teams 
Requirements:


  •  Prior experience in operations, construction, janitorial, or property services 
  •  Strong leadership and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple sites/projects 
  •  Clean driving record (required) 
  •  Ability to travel to Philadelphia and other expanding markets as needed 
  •  Candidates must be able to speak and understand both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
