Operations Supervisor - Night Shift

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for leading shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities while driving productivity, accuracy, and team performance.

Schedule: Night Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:30 PM

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement

• Lead, train, and develop hourly warehouse employees

• Create and manage shipping and receiving schedules to meet operational demand

• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency while enforcing SOP compliance

• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolve discrepancies

• Coordinate product transfers, rework, and inventory adjustments

• Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, 5S, and safety standards

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee performance management

• Operate forklifts and support warehouse activities as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

• 4–6 years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required

• HAZMAT certification or ability to obtain certification required

• Experience with Microsoft Office, WMS, and ERP systems (e.g., JDE)

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
