TRC Talent Solutions is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations for a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for leading shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling activities while driving productivity, accuracy, and team performance.
Schedule: Night Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:30 PM
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement
Lead, train, and develop hourly warehouse employees
Create and manage shipping and receiving schedules to meet operational demand
Monitor productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency while enforcing SOP compliance
Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate product transfers, rework, and inventory adjustments
Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
Ensure compliance with OSHA, 5S, and safety standards
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and employee performance management
Operate forklifts and support warehouse activities as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
4–6 years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience
1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required
HAZMAT certification or ability to obtain certification required
Experience with Microsoft Office, WMS, and ERP systems (e.g., JDE)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
