Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the distribution space to identify an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operational functions across customer support, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination. This individual will play a key role in improving operational processes, supporting team leadership development, and driving efficiency initiatives across multiple business functions.

The qualified candidate must have at least five years' related experience, come from a consumer packaged goods/manufacturing industry, and bring a hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily oversight for key operational teams to ensure smooth and efficient business operations

  • Support operational consistency across internal warehouse locations and third-party logistics providers

  • Partner with department leaders to improve workflow efficiency, accountability, and overall team performance

  • Support team growth and performance by developing leadership skills, improving accountability, and fostering a collaborative work environment

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce inefficiencies

  • Develop and track KPIs and operational reporting metrics to monitor performance and support business goals

  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales, finance, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure operational alignment

  • Partner with IT and systems teams to improve ERP utilization and support workflow automation initiatives

  • Assist with operational readiness efforts related to future warehouse management system enhancements

  • Help drive a results-oriented environment focused on efficiency, collaboration, and strong day-to-day execution

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field preferred

  • At least 5 years of operations leadership experience within a distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environment

  • Experience overseeing warehouse operations and logistics processes required

  • Strong background leading teams in fast-paced operational settings

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and operational reporting tools

  • Exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) and workflow automation tools is a plus

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate cross-functionally

  • High level of accountability with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
