Join an international healthcare team as an Operations Supervisor, responsible for overseeing plasma collection operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Perform all tasks within the plasma center, supervise donor flow, and assist with equipment repair if trained.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, including FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards.
  • Supervise donor selection, plasma processing, and accurate documentation of manufacturing records.
  • Train and support staff, maintain facility cleanliness, and ensure equipment functionality.
  • Build rapport with donors to promote satisfaction and long-term donation.
  • Assist with operational tasks, control funds, and report safety or operational issues.
  • Require a high school diploma, certification as a Phlebotomist or Plasma Processor, and approximately 4 years of related experience.
  • Work involves biological exposure, cold environments, and physical activities like lifting and standing for extended periods.
