Operations Support Admin
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Sunday. Flexibility to work 2pm-11pm and 10:30pm-7am
Contract Length: 4 Months
Start Date: July 13
Overtime Schedule: Beginning July 13, employees will work 6 days per week (either Sunday–Friday or Monday–Saturday, depending on business needs).
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Support Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations through administrative assistance, data management, reporting, and communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.

The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has strong organizational and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain reports using SAP and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Research and reconcile invoices, receipts, and operational records.

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in company systems and spreadsheets.

  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, printing, and correspondence.

  • Monitor and respond to operational and administrative inquiries.

  • Participate in meetings, take notes, and assist with special projects.

  • Review files and records to fulfill information requests.

  • Communicate regularly with employees, vendors, carriers, and corporate teams.

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data, reports, and documentation.

  • Support daily operations by identifying issues and assisting with problem resolution.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous administrative, operations support, customer service, or manufacturing experience required
Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

  • Strong data entry and analytical skills.

  • Basic math and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment

  • Combination of office and manufacturing floor environments.

  • Regular standing, sitting, walking, and computer work.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours when business needs require.
