Job Summary and Responsibilities:

Acentra Health is looking for an Operations Support Analyst to join our growing team.


Job Summary:

 

The Operations Support Analyst assists the Operations Support team in achieving service quality and service-level agreement compliance metrics. This position provides tier one level support to all programs in the operations phase. The Operations Support Analyst is under direct supervision of the Operations Support Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Process, triage, and escalate tickets following the escalation matrix and guidelines.
  • Check alarms, open tickets, track issues, and run reports.
  • Respond promptly to events and alerts in monitoring systems.
  • Follow written procedures to report, record, and escalate issues.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Identify root causes and engage internal and external resources for problem resolution.
  • Provide operational support to projects and programs.
  • Offer on-call support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure comprehensive operational efficiency.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree Required.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within healthcare administration and/or federal government contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advance knowledge Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficient knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) foundational concepts.
  • Substantial knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or healthcare verticals.
  • Understand the software development life cycle (SDLC) and operations release process.
  • Understand the company’s CMMI standards and operations processes.
  • Ability to adapt to task organizational, and project changes.
  • Flexibility in working under demands and needs of the project.
  • Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, creativity, and resourcefulness in handling assignments.
  • Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time with minimum oversight.
  • Effective analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Efficient attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Cross departmental collaboration.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities.
  • Ability to use reasoning to troubleshoot, solve, and escalate technical problems.

Experience in Lieu of Degree

 

For non-clinical roles, or when not required by the contract specifically, the Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree may be required, the Company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the Company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
