Operations Support Analyst
Location: New York, NY Duration: 12 Months Work Arrangement: Onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruiting to support recruitment activities across a large, complex organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.
This role requires a proactive and organized professional who can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, identify high-quality candidates, maintain accurate recruitment records, and provide excellent support throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support.
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, recruitment databases, and career events.
Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluations.
Coordinate interview schedules and participate in interview panels as required.
Maintain and develop candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams throughout the offer process.
Assist with salary recommendations, offer preparation, and start-date coordination.
Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ensure recruitment records and documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date.
Support recruiting outreach initiatives, including career fairs, networking events, and university recruiting programs.
Generate recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics and pipeline activity.
Monitor recruitment progress and communicate status, challenges, and hiring risks to stakeholders.
Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Support recruitment for technical, IT, and other specialized positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions.
Strong experience with candidate sourcing and talent identification.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, online recruiting databases, job boards, and professional networks.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
Experience coordinating multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience recruiting for technical, IT, or other specialized positions.
Experience working in large, complex organizations.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with PeopleSoft or other HRIS platforms.
