Operations Support Analyst

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role.
• Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience analyzing sales, expenses, profitability, and operational performance metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and the ability to leverage data to address business challenges.
• Experience applying statistical and analytical techniques to support decision-making.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
