HTSS is hiring a detail-oriented 3PL Transition Operations Support Specialist for a growing company in Bethlehem, PA. This role will provide hands-on operational and administrative support during a third-party logistics (3PL) transition, helping keep testing, documentation, shipments, and action items organized and moving forward.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, project coordination, or distribution who enjoys working with systems, data, and process documentation.
What Youll Do
Assist with system testing, issue tracking, and cutover trackers
Prepare test transactions and accurately document results
Organize retailer routing guides, shipping requirements, contacts, and approvals
Draft, update, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using existing notes and process documentation
Validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and prepare documentation for handoff to the 3PL provider
Coordinate test shipments and physical product shipments
Track and follow up on outstanding action items
Provide invoicing and administrative support as needed
Assist with data clean-up and maintaining accurate records
Support Amazon-related postings and operational tasks
Take on additional projects and responsibilities to help support the transition
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, operations, or project support preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, systems, and large amounts of information
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Ability to follow established processes while identifying and escalating issues
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and following tasks through completion
Experience with 3PL operations, retailer routing requirements, ERP/WMS systems, or SOP development is a plus
Pay: $27/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:00 PM
