Job Summary:<\/b>

The Operations Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring the accurate management of sales, purchases, inventory, and customer relations. This person will serve as a point of contact between internal teams and customers, ensuring that orders are processed, shipments are accurate, and any operational challenges are addressed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

- Sales & Purchase Records Management:
<\/p>

  <\/span>Track and maintain accurate records for sales and purchases, collaborating closely with the back -office operations team.
<\/p>

- General Operations Support: <\/span>
<\/p>

  <\/span>Provide day -to -day generalist support and serve as a point -of -contact for both Devin Tech Operations and our customers.
<\/p>

- Operations Coordination:
<\/p>

  <\/span>Assist internal teams in establishing and optimizing operational processes across different sales channels, offices, and inventory points.
<\/p>

- System Management: <\/span>
<\/p>

  <\/span>Regularly update and maintain computerized systems for inventory tracking and order processing.
<\/p>

- Customer & Sales Support: <\/span>
<\/p>

  <\/span>Address and resolve issues raised by customers or internal sales teams, ensuring high -quality service and customer satisfaction.
<\/p>

- Order Processing & Shipment: <\/span>
<\/p>

  <\/span>Process orders accurately and coordinate shipping logistics, ensuring timely and correct shipments.
<\/p>

- Tracking Information Management:
<\/p>

  <\/span>Log tracking information (carrier, dates, tracking numbers) for outgoing shipments.
<\/p>

- Ad Hoc Duties:
<\/p>

  <\/span>Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the company.
<\/p>

- Van Driving (if applicable):
<\/p>

  <\/span>Operate a cargo van to pick up or drop off items as needed.
<\/p>

Requirements<\/h3>

Required Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
<\/p>

- Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or operations support (3 -4 years preferred).
<\/p>

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
<\/p>

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
<\/p>

- Proficiency with computer systems (e.g., MS Office, inventory management software).
<\/p>

- Ability to handle physical tasks such as unloading shipments and managing inventory.
<\/p>

- Must be able to drive a cargo van (valid driver’s license required).
<\/p>

- Comfortable working in a fast -paced, dynamic environment.
<\/p>
