Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Experience using computers in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to stand for 12.5-hour shifts with scheduled breaks
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 37 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, twisting, and reaching
• Willingness to work in an FDA-regulated environment and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

Job Duties

• Set up, validate, operate, and monitor automated packaging equipment used to manufacture wet wipes
• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment to maximize efficiency
• Support the safe production and packaging of finished goods
• Perform quality inspections, product sampling, and complete required production documentation
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to support production and inventory activities
• Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Maintain compliance with FDA regulations, cGMPs, and company safety policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
