Compensation
Pay Range:$23.52-$33.60/Hrs

Description
Participate in planning, development, and implementation of infrastructure solutions.
Communicate technology solutions to technical, managerial, and vendor audiences.
Lead resolution processes for complex problems requiring evaluation of various factors.
Establish processes for hardware/software compatibility and system integration.
Train colleagues and lead subordinates in infrastructure and business applications.
Minimize impact to service delivery caused by failures in processing environments.
Adapt to changing environments and support cross-organization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in multiple projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations.
Exercise judgment within defined practices in selecting methods for obtaining results.
Provide operational assistance to diagnose and repair issues.
Cross-train peers in areas of expertise.
Escalate issues and problems to support or upper management as required.

Qualifications
5+ years of console operations work experience in a large-scale multi-platform data center.
College degree or equivalent experience in Computer Arts/Science with a focus on mainframe technologies.
Expert knowledge of mainframe environment and business unit relationships.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing scenarios.
