Operations Support Specialist (Contract)

What You'll Do

• Manage a high-volume queue of operational tasks.

• Process manual workflows with accuracy and efficiency.

• Investigate and resolve operational issues by working with customers, external partners, and internal teams.

• Review data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate processing.

• Learn new workflows and adapt as processes evolve.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in operations or a process-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

• Experience in healthcare, benefits, insurance, payroll, fintech, or SaaS operations is a plus.
