Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking several Remote Operations Support Specialist - Meal Manager Program to work for one of our top global delivery tech clients! This role is ideal for candidates with operational, logistics, or high-visibility delivery support experience who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $22-$23.75/hr. depending on experience

Location: Remote- US

Pacific Time Zone Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday 11:00AM to 8:00PM

Central and Eastern Time Zone Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 6:00 PM (Must be flexible to work on the weekends when needed)

About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and adaptable professionals to support daily and hourly quality management operations within a Meal Manager program. In this position, you will help monitor operational performance, execute standard operating procedures, and proactively identify fulfillment challenges before they become widespread. You will regularly collaborate with customers, merchants, and delivery partners while contributing to pilot programs and new operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily and hourly operational quality management
• Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures
• Utilize internal systems and tools to monitor fulfillment performance
• Detect and escalate operational issues proactively
• Partner with internal teams to resolve delivery and fulfillment challenges
• Communicate with customers, merchants, and delivery partners regularly
• Assist with pilot programs and emerging operational initiatives

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly in changing environments
• Experience in last-mile logistics, delivery operations, or high-visibility customer support environments such as FedEx, UPS, or similar delivery-focused organizations
• Operations, logistics coordination, merchant support, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience using Slack is preferred
• Experience supporting fast-paced operational teams is preferred
