About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Support Supervisor to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to coordinating transportation, supervising shop activities, and improving service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for logistics and coordinate transportation activities.
- Supervise incoming and outgoing shop operations to ensure efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and provide technical assistance.
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Requirements
- Computer skills required; familiarity with user-friendly software.
- Operational skills with prior experience working in a shop environment.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift with some overtime as required, during business hours (8 am to 5 pm).
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Forklift certification is a plus, with onsite certification available.
- Preference for candidates with a shop background over computer experience.
