Primary Functions: The Operations Systems Administrator department managed systems adhere to organizational governance and frameworks, are reliable, well‑configured, and continuously improving through strong functional support, process optimization, automation, and feature adoption. Working in close partnership with system and product owners, frontline teams, vendors, and technology partners, this role translates operational needs into scalable, supportable solutions that enhance both member and employee experiences. This position supports the systems, processes, and digital products owned and operated within Operations and member‑facing business teams.

Compensation Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below.
