Operations Target Analyst

IAT is looking for several world-class problem solvers with proven talent in the intelligence and analysis fields to join our dedicated team in applying your skills to help our clients provide clarity in a complex environment. IAT’s highly regarded professionals apply multidiscipline and multimodal approaches to evaluate the client’s analytic processes through direct, discrete and impactful teaming with the client across the Intelligence Community, Defense and private commercial sectors. 

IAT is seeking a highly motivated mid and senior level Operations Target Analysts to provide on-site support to our government client in McLean, VA. Both level positions require technical knowledge, applied operational mindset and mission focus. The Operations Target Analyst works as part of a team directly supporting cutting edge operational analysis and mission planning. These positions require innovative thought, a creative spirit and experience providing a great opportunity for technical leadership as a contractor. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work as a member of a highly motivated talented team of government and contractor conducting critical intelligence operations with advanced systems. 
• Innovate and propose new methodologies and analytic approaches for application to the most challenging problems. 
• Apply technical skills performing intelligence analysis in research, collection, analytic techniques, assessment and presentation of tailored intelligence information in support of mission planning activities. 
• Prioritize the timely flow of critical information to mission leadership and mission partners. 
• Engage in professional collaboration across the Intelligence Community, other analysts, mission planners, and senior leaders. 

Requirements: 

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI with FS Polygraph 
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years (mid) or 8+ years (senior) experience in intelligence operations. 
• Experience in fusion and application of all-source intelligence. 
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 
• Strong ability to manage competing tasks by prioritizing and self-organizing. 
• Requires strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. 

Security Clearance Requirements: 

Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive or classified information. TS/SCI with FS Polygraph required.
