TEAM LEADER JOB SUMMARY
The Team Leader is responsible for helping the team achieve their production goals for improving the efficiency of the production team and ensuring that all aspects of the production processes are properly balanced.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure that all AndroidAvancez systems are properly used in the production of our product. • Enhance the production team performance through training, facilitating communication, and helping them as needed to achieve their safety, quality, attendance, and production goals. • Always promotes AndroidAvancez philosophies and values. • Create and maintain a nice and safe work environment. • Support the line Supervisor in maintaining a safe and organized production area with clear responsibilities, expectations, and deliverables for each direct associate. • Support them with any need on tools, documentation, or support to achieve their jobs. • Train, audit, and ensure the methods are followed by every Team Member, following the safety practices and conditions, with the goal of achieving zero injuries. • Audit and encourage people to follow all production and quality systems at all times. • Promote a continuous improvement culture to ensure that our customers receive defect-free products and that first-time-through quality is world-class. • Support the Supervisor on any line or product problem-solving, communicating, and acting to make appropriate decisions. • Responsible for helping the team meet customer expectations and help the team meet daily production targets. • Monitor the OSR. • All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma. Experience: 3+ years of experience in sequencing.
