Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide operational support related to property and materials receipt, delivery, disposition, and set-up.
- Maintain property records and schedules.
- Set up and remove furniture, equipment, and signage for meetings or events.
- Perform document imaging, archival, binding, and distribution support.
- Receive and account for merchandise, equipment, documents, and materials; verify order documentation and inspect for transit damage.
- Make deliveries of materials, documents, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct periodic inventories of supplies, property, and materials.
- Retrieve, enter, and update information in reports, logs, or other record-keeping systems.
- Respond to work order requests and adhere to applicable policies and procedures.
- Assist with receiving, sorting, metering, and distributing mail.
- Prepare, verify, and issue copy service invoices.
- Receive and maintain records of surplus property, collect obsolete equipment, and deliver surplus property for disposal.
- Work with vendors regarding service and repair of equipment; coordinate shipping of materials.
- Maintain directional signage and schedule vehicle use for events and meetings.
- Verify purchase orders, tag, and deliver merchandise; notify of shortages and overages.
- Conduct capital equipment inventories and assist in the physical inventory of equipment, tools, and furniture.
- Unload, move, and assemble furniture; perform preventative maintenance and inspections of vehicles and equipment.
- Conduct safety inspections and calibrate equipment; issue tools and equipment.
- Maintain automated inventory control system; monitor and order supplies as needed.
- Utilize modern office technology and relevant software applications.
- Provide customer service and communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and the general public.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year of directly related experience in property and materials receipt, delivery, disposition/set-up, or document imaging, archiving, and distribution.
- Must be local and available for in-person interviews and immediate start.
- 100% onsite position in Tempe, AZ.E
