Operations Technology Cyber Security Analyst We are seeking a highly
skilled and detail-oriented Operations Technology (OT) Cyber Security
Analyst to join our Business Technology team. In this role, you will
protect Silgan's industrial control systems and other operational
technology (OT) infrastructure by identifying, assessing, and mitigating
cybersecurity risks. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and
IT to ensure secure, compliant, and resilient OT environments across all

growth-oriented environment. What You Will Do Monitor, assess, and
respond to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities in OT environments,
including ICS, DCS, and PLC systems. Coordinate OT Intrusion Detection
Software (IDS) site implementation and manage consultant deliverables.
Administer Claroty and similar monitoring software; escalate IDS alerts
to stakeholders and assist with remediation. Implement and maintain OT
cybersecurity controls aligned with NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and related
frameworks. Conduct OT risk assessments, threat modeling, and gap
analyses for OT assets and networks. Investigate incidents, perform root
cause analyses, and coordinate response efforts with relevant teams.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing while ensuring
minimal operational disruption. Support design and maintenance of
network segmentation, firewalls, secure remote access, and other OT
security controls. Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and
documentation for standards such as NERC CIP, SOX, and ISO 27001.
Maintain OT asset inventory and documentation of system configurations
and cybersecurity controls. Stay current with emerging OT/ICS security
threats and technologies. What You Need to Have Bachelor's degree in
Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Automation, or a
related field (or equivalent experience). Experience working in
