Operations Trainer

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Trainer in Jacksonville, FL. Duties Include:

• Conduct engaging instructor-led, virtual, and operational readiness training sessions for new hires, upskilling initiatives, system implementations, policy updates, and ongoing program updates
• Drive ongoing enhancement of training programs by analyzing data, gathering stakeholder feedback, and implementing iterative updates that strengthen learners' knowledge and retention
• Coordinate, schedule and deliver training initiatives on time by managing project timelines, anticipating resource needs, and ensuring all materials and sessions are completed; Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training materials including eLearning modules, process documentation, system simulations, operational guides, job aids, SOPs, and knowledge management resources
• Train on and become proficient in operational workflows, organizational policies, customer experience procedures, and enterprise systems including EMA, SAS, MSS, and related operational tools
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for system enhancements, operational updates, workflow changes, and organizational initiatives prior to production go-live
• Execute detailed operational testing scenarios to validate workflows, identify system defects, document enhancement opportunities, and escalate operational risks or usability concerns
• Translate complex technical system updates, operational workflows and policy changes into effective and scalable training solutions for various audiences, as needed
• Train on enterprise operational readiness and go-live initiatives by ensuring employees are prepared for system, process, and policy changes
• Analyze training performance metrics, operational trends, quality insights, and employee feedback to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in operational training, workforce enablement, customer operations, systems support, business operations, or related environments
• Demonstrated success and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries; Military service can substitute for professional experience and/or formal education requirements
• Demonstrated experience designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs within corporate, operational, customer experience, or high-volume service environments
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and operational enablement best practices
• Experience supporting operational systems, business process workflows, or organizational change initiatives preferred
