We are looking for an Operations Trainer to help us meet production and quality goals. As a Trex

Operations Trainer you'll play a key role in coaching and mentoring newly hired team members

throughout their first 30. Additionally, you'll be tasked with updating existing training materials,

creating new content and contributing to the development of innovative processes. As time

allows, you'll also be assigned projects to leverage your creativity and help drive the business

forward. This role is key member of our Operations team.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Put safety first - always
  • Work as a team to drive our "people first" culture
  • Deliver new hire training and change training in the classroom and on the production

floor.

  • Assist in developing, managing and maintaining training programs ensuring that each new

team member acquires the technical skills necessary to succeed in each functional area.

  • Ensure that new team members focus on the successful completion of their competency

assessments.

  • Ensure that new team members learn and adapt to our organization's culture effectively

and communicate issues to the appropriate leadership accordingly.

  • One or more years of experience as a Trex certified Material Handler or Machine

Operator.

  • Ability to present information to groups of people in an effective manner.
  • Possess basic Microsoft Office skills.

EXPERIENCE

One or more years of experience as a Trex certified Material Handler or Machine Operator

is required for this role, but if you've worked in Building 3 or VPO, we want to hear from you!
