SUMMARY:
The Operations Trainer is a specialized professional responsible for ensuring all production personnel are qualified, safe, and fully compliant with strict regulatory standards like cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). The position involves working closely with Operations Training Manager and Production Management to identify training needs. Developing and facilitating hands-on training delivery, conducting formal assessments to verify trainee competency. Responsible for translating technical manufacturing processes into clear instructional materials. The Operations Trainer bridges the gap between technical processes and frontline execution to maintain quality and inspection readiness. Key responsibilities include preparing training materials, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure health, safety, and performance standards are met.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
