Description
Operations Trainer
Berger Communities is hiring an Operations Trainer. This is a hybrid role, working from home and traveling to our communities as needed. Being an Operations Trainer isn't just about delivering presentations; it's about helping team members build confidence, develop new skills, and succeed in their careers. We're looking for someone who enjoys teaching, coaching, and collaborating with teams across our portfolio to create a consistent and engaging training experience.

Location: Hybrid Type: Full Time Minimum Experience: Five years of property management experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
What You'll Do
You'll help develop and support team members across the company. Here's how you'll make an impact:
Deliver new hire onboarding and ongoing operational training
Create engaging training content for in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms
Support community teams with training and operational needs
Oversee and grow our mentorship program
Monitor and support the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
Identify skill gaps and recommend development opportunities
Serve as a subject matter expert on company systems, policies, and procedures
Analyze training results and recommend improvements
Provide operational support to communities when needed
What We're Looking For
Property management experience
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience training, coaching, or mentoring others
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with property management software and learning management systems
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Passion for helping others learn and grow
Ability to travel throughout our company footprint
