| JOB SUMMARY |
The Operations Training Coordinator’s primary function is to support and lead the OEG training efforts and to provide support to the OEG Operations team, providing proactive solutions and efforts to grow OEG culture, develop employees, and to mitigate risk. |
| MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS |
- A working knowledge of OEG training initiatives at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience; and
- Moderate document controls experience

- Sound leadership and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality

| JOB RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Support various outreach efforts to grow OEG people and culture
- Coordinate OEG training initiatives, inclusive but not limited to:
- App Development Training Support
- Communicate App Development Updates and Related Improvements
- Field questions and support App Development needs
- Online Field Leader Training Support
- PE/APM/PM Training Support
- Coordinate OEG Internship Program
- Support technology initiatives and train project teams as needed
- Prepare training videos and PDF training guides
- Support Project Operations Manual, Policy, and Company Form resources
- Support SharePoint site design and functionality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
