Rackson Restaurants is seeking a coach-centric leader with deep experience in operations training, food service, and multi-unit operations. The Operations Training Manager builds and delivers the training that makes Rackson’s teams successful — designing content and workshops, leading LTO and brand rollouts, and validating adoption in the restaurants. This is a field-based role, spending three to four days per week in the market developing team members and leaders at every level.
What You’ll Do: Build operational capabilities, rolling your sleeves up to design, build, and deliver the training, tools, and workshops that make the People successful, the Process efficient, and the Profit beneficial to all.
Essential functions:
· Builds and delivers training for all levels of positions, from Team Member through Above-Restaurant Leader, including new-hire, certification, and leadership development content.
· Leads initiatives relative to LTOs, owning the training and readiness plan from pre-launch through post-launch validation.
· Disseminates brand information to the field, translating Burger King, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Rackson updates into clear, actionable training.
· Builds and maintains the operations training infrastructure, including curriculum paths, certification standards, trainer development, and the annual training calendar.
· Develops training resources such as step-by-step guides, roll-out guides, job aids, and validation tools, and keeps them current on company platforms.
· Facilitates workshops and training sessions at the RSC and in the field, using exceptional presentation skills.
· Conduct training needs assessments, using metrics, reports, field observations, and strong listening skills to identify capability gaps and their root causes.
· Spends three to four days per week in the field delivering training, coaching in the moment, and validating adoption through observation and certification.
· Tracks training completion, knowledge retention, and impact on business results, reporting out to cross-functional teams.
· Acts as a SME and resource for the Operations Team on processes, systems, and development.
· Partners cross-functionally with RSC teams to disseminate training from corporate down to field operations, ensuring one consistent message reaches the restaurants.
What Will Make You Successful:
· 5+ years’ experience in operations management, operations training, or learning and development, with quantifiable results.
· Prior experience building, documenting, and delivering training content, curriculum, and SOPs.
· Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and classroom training for audiences ranging from hourly team members to senior leaders.
· Experience building certification, validation, and train-the-trainer processes that hold standards in the field.
· Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to communicate clearly and directly.
· Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, learning management systems, content authoring tools, inventory management systems, scheduling software, POS systems, etc.
Physical Requirements – Ability to communicate via phone including hearing and talking. Ability to stand and move throughout a restaurant environment while delivering training. Ability to perform sedentary work such as computer-based work. Ability to utilize close visual acuity such as for creating and analyzing data/spreadsheets, word documents, and reports.
Travel Requirements – Field-based role requiring three to four days per week in the market, with travel as needed up to 80% to support business needs.
