As an Operations Manager (Supply Chain), you'll assist clients with developing and implementing operations modernization and improvement initiatives for the Operations Practice - all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.

You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Operations Management, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field required
Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level required
Professional certification in a relevant field required: Lean Six Sigma, Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt, Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified Turnaround Professional, etc.
Client project delivery experience within an industry sector such as Manufacturing, Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences or Asset Management

Process Improvement /Design and Automation
Enterprise Cost Reduction
Sourcing & Procurement

Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 20-25% but occasionally up to 80%
The base salary range for this position is between $147,200 and $196,880. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton's discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job -related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity. At Grant Thornton, compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
