Job Description:

Enfinity Global is searching for an enthusiastic self-starter to join our Graduate Program - ENFINITY IMPACT. As a graduate trainee in the operations department, your responsibilities will include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops, and traveling to other working environments to gain practical experience.

You will be assigned a mentor and a 1-year project that you will present to an Executive board at the end of the program.

To be successful as a graduate trainee, you should be willing to learn about different aspects of the company across various departments, with a focus on operations. An outstanding graduate trainee should foster good relationships with staff members and leave a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced professionals and mentors to learn about their job duties, workflows, and best practices in the operations department.
• Contribute to project tasks, assignments, and initiatives under the guidance and supervision of senior team members.
• Seek feedback and guidance from supervisors, mentors, and peers to continuously improve your performance and skills.
• Analyze existing operational systems and offer new ideas for improvement.
• Complete fieldwork or visit different work sites when required.
• Conduct research and assist the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and tasks.
• Embrace challenges and setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth, demonstrating resilience and determination in your journey as a trainee.

Qualifications:

• Currently in the final semester of your Master's degree or recently graduated with a degree related to engineering or operations.
• Strong academic record with demonstrated achievements in coursework and extracurricular activities.
• Seeking your first job experience (upcoming or recent graduation).
• Interest in the renewable energy business and operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn with a growth mindset.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse environments and roles.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and personal and professional development.
