Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the movement of inventory transfers from warehouse to PickPack to ensure consistent production output.
  • Clear block/hold lists regularly and resolve inventory issues swiftly.
  • Create and manage department schedules and shift transitions.
  • Proactively adapt staffing to daily call-ins or changes in workflow.

Team Development & Supervision

  • Set clear expectations and goals for individual and team performance.
  • Train, retrain, and mentor team members as processes evolve.
  • Foster a supportive and accountable work environment through servant leadership.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Process & Systems Management

  • Manage warehouse and inventory-related tickets via internal systems.
  • Utilize the GBC admin site for processing and reporting tasks.
  • Generate shipping labels and manage returns/freight (FedEx/UPS).

Safety & Compliance

  • Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Enforce use of PPE and compliance with OSHA protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
  • Respond to incidents immediately and document reports accurately.

  • High attention to detail, urgency, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to lead with integrity.
  • Experience supervising warehouse or logistics teams preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ticketing tools is a plus.
