Forklift Operator

Location: Redlands, CA 92374
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Schedule: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Contract: 12 + Months
Job Summary

We are hiring a Forklift Operator to safely move, load, unload, and replenish products within a distribution center.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2+ years of Slip Sheet forklift experience

• Experience operating multiple types of MHE, including:

  • Order Picker

  • Reach Truck

  • Counterbalance

• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to use an RF scanner and WMS

• Ability to read and follow distribution documents

• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments

• Move and store palletized products

• Replenish picking locations

• Use RF scanners and WMS for inventory accuracy

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

• Assist and cross-train in other warehouse areas as needed

Hiring Process

Phone interview first, followed by a possible equipment demonstration.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. in some areas

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling, and lifting

• Must have adequate vision and hearing to safely operate MHE

• Work around moving equipment and moderate-to-loud noise
