Operator 1, Manufacturing, 3rd Shift; Bristol, RI
Hours: 10:30PM to 7:00AM, Sunday to Friday
$18.00 to $21.00 an hour ($2.50 Shift Differential)-
Operator I (Chemical Ops) will produce high-quality, non-contaminated batches of various grades of polyimide resin for the automotive and aerospace applications. The incumbent will utilize training, written procedures, work routers, written/verbal communication, and employ chemical processing equipment in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
The Operator is required to follow procedures and ensure documentation is accurate and maintained to meet IATF and ISO standards, as well as comply with EPA, DEM, and local regulations.
Schedule: 3rd shift- 6PM to 6AM Monday - Wednesday, and 6PM to 10PM on Thursday
Shift Differential for 3rd Shift: $2.50
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ 1+ year of manufacturing environment experience
+ Experience with chemical handling is preferred
+ Forklift Experience is preferred

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 5% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $44,772 to $51,324. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
