Operator 1 - Resin Development- Manufacturing, 3rd Shift Hours; Bristol, RI
Hours: 6PM to 6AM,Monday thru Friday.
$20.00 to $23.00 an hour ($3.00 Shift Differential)
Operator I (Chemical Ops) will produce high quality, non-contaminated batches of various grades of polyimide resin for the automotive and aerospace applications. The incumbent will utilize training, written procedures, work routers, written/verbal communication and employ chemical processing equipment in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
The Operator I is required to follow procedures and ensure documentation is accurate and maintained to meet IATF and ISO standards as well as complying with EPA, DEM and local regulations.
Schedule: 3rd shift- 6PM to 6AM Mon - Wed and 6PM to 10PM on Thur
Shift Differential for 3rd Shift: $2.50
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ Years Manufacturing Environment Experience

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 5% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $50,232 to $56,784. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
