This is a first-shift, contractor position offering consistent hours with opportunities to develop essential skills and grow your career in operations. Responsibilities - Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move and organize materials - Lift and move items weighing over 50 lbs as part of daily activities - Accurately read, interpret, and complete documentation and work instructions in English - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with quality and safety guidelines - Support inventory management, receiving, and shipping tasks - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency Required Skills and Experience - High school diploma or GED - Minimum 6 months of forklift driving experience - Ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English - Basic math proficiency for routine calculations - Physically able to lift/move over 50 lbs regularly - Experience following written instructions and protocols - Ability to work under general to limited supervision Preferred Skills - 5 years' experience in warehouse, material handling, or logistics - Exposure to scientific or analytical operational processes - Advanced skills in inventory or warehouse management systems Benefits - Competitive pay rate of $18.20/hour - Regular Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm schedule (work-life balance) - Skill development and cross-training opportunities - Team-oriented, supportive work environment How to Apply Ready to take the next step in your career?
