Operator 1, Warehouse Operations

• Weekend Flexibility: Candidates must be flexible to work weekends when requested due to business needs. No exceptions.

• Training: 2 weeks of on-the-job training

• Work Environment: Climate-controlled facility

• Safety Requirement: Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous experience working with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

• Minimum 6 months of previous forklift experience required.

• Strong basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong math skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to read and write English-language documentation.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.

• Previous inventory clerk experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Drug Screening & Background Check Summary

The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for inventory-related functions to maintain accurate records of raw materials and finished goods. The position will support the Manufacturing and Quality departments by maintaining accurate records of transactions involving raw material and finished-goods movements.

The Inventory Control Clerk will also conduct periodic cycle counts to help ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity.
