Operator 1, Warehouse Operations

• Shift: 1st shift
• Forklift: Counterbalance forklift
• Experience:Minimum 6 months of forklift driving experience required - no exceptions
• Safety: Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
• Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Environment: Hot in summer, cold in winter; moderate to loud noise
• Skills: Basic computer skills, basic math, English reading/writing, material handling and warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklift to move materials and finished products.
• Use conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks as needed.
• Maintain material-handling records.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Perform routine warehouse/material-handling tasks.
• Work in a metrics-driven environment.
