Operator - 1st shift

Job Title: Operator
schedule: 1st shift Monday- Thursday 5 AM-3:30 PM
starting pay: $17.50

Skills & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work with small parts, wires, and subassemblies
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to meet production goals
• Basic troubleshooting and equipment monitoring skills

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to specifications
• Perform quality inspections and complete production documentation
• Identify, record, and report product defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all quality and safety standards
• Meet daily production requirements
• Train and support new employees as needed
• Monitor production yields and employee progress
• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
