We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in Fort Washington, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment on a 3-2-2-3 schedule, with day shifts from 6:15 am to 6:45 pm. Job Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced manufacturing equipment
• Set up, calibrate, and optimize machinery for top-quality production
• Oversee process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and drive innovation
• Accurately document production metrics, machine logs, and perform quality checks
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation
• Strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team

Preferences

• Familiarity with SOPs, GMP, or related standards
• Additional certifications in related fields

Drug testing is not required for this position. This is a non-remote opportunity with a total of 1,744 hours per year, working 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
