Advance Services is seeking motivated individuals to join our 2nd shift crew as a Production Associate in Ohio. Whether you’re new to manufacturing or ready to get back into a hands-on role, this is your chance to grow with a company that’s all about reliability, quality, and teamwork.

Job Duties:

• Read, understand & comply with DWI (Detailed Work Instructions) for the part being run
• Complete Operator Production Sheet (Form FPR-01)
• Maintain break room, restrooms, parking facilities, and ground
• Honor break time allotment
• Maintain a professional working relationship with co-workers, supervisors, and management
• Assist in giving breaks as informed by the auxiliary or supervisor
• Able to run all presses/all parts
• Meet quota of parts as required by production
• Adhere to all OJT/ DWI given for all parts
• Assist in doing re-work of parts and re-packing as instructed by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Be able to lift 40 Lbs.
• Stand for at least 10 hours
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• H.S. diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing
• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
